Community Worker

The Community Worker builds trusted relationships across Toronto communities, engaging with local organizations and individuals facing challenges such as homelessness, mental health concerns, and substance use to support long-term community change.

Team Lead

The Community Worker Team Lead is a senior leadership role focused on building trust, supporting community engagement, and supervising a team of Community Workers while maintaining strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and stakeholders across Toronto.
